Terms and conditions:
NATIVE DIRECT will provide educational services to you via our web site in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Our Services and courses are described in full on our Website www.nativedirect.jp. Please ensure you confirm that the Services are suitable for your needs prior to registration/payment.
Payment of Fees:
Payment is made through a secure payment system SSL either by LINEPAY or by BANK TRANSFER. You hereby authorize NATIVE to debit your credit card with the lessons fee via our payment page and then you will have immediate activation to our services, specifically the course you have chosen. All Bank transfer payments to be paid as per instructions through the website.
Use of Website Services
On registration you will be asked to register your email and choose a password to use for access to the classrooms and your assigned instructor. You agree to keep your personal chosen password confidential, and will immediately notify NATIVE DIRECT in the event that you believe that the password may have become known by a third party. Your password is personal to you and must not be used by anyone other than you. You will be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from use of your password by any third party.
When purchasing private lessons, you agree to take a minimum of (at least) one private lesson of 25 minutes per week. Your first lesson should be taken within one calendar month from the date of purchase. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the lesson.
NATIVE DIRECT has the right to change your teacher in cases where the teacher is no longer teaching with NATIVE DIRECT. Clients are required to give instructors 24 hours notice to cancel a lesson via email to the assigned teacher. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the lesson.
Duration and Cancellation
This Agreement shall apply from the date of your registration/payment to the date on which this Agreement is terminated as set out below.
Each fee paid by you will entitle you to access the service in relation to the period you have paid for. After this time, you will not be able to access the service unless you extend the service through further payments. You may terminate your registration for use of the Service at any time by contacting NATIVE. On cancellation your password will be withdrawn. Any fees previously paid will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
